Since I joined Automattic.com1The company behind WordPress.com, Jetpack, WooCommerce, and more. eight years ago, I’ve provided support to thousands of customers, volunteered in WordCamps, led a Customer Success Team, and helped to expand Automattic’s set of products in Spanish-speaking countries. Nowadays I’m part of the Risk Operations team, which is in charge of all fraud prevention strategies at Automattic.
