I’m David, a Fraud Prevention Specialist.

Since I joined Automattic.com1The company behind WordPress.com, Jetpack, WooCommerce, and more. eight years ago, I’ve provided support to thousands of customers, volunteered in WordCamps, led a Customer Success Team, and helped to expand Automattic’s set of products in Spanish-speaking countries. Nowadays I’m part of the Risk Operations team, which is in charge of all fraud prevention strategies at Automattic.

I got to meet the most fantastic people, learn from the best, and travel all around the globe. If you’d like to learn more about me, check out my story.
